RETURNS & REFUNDS

Returns

We accept returns of eligible products within 30 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return:

• The item must be unused and in its original condition.
• The item must not have been modified, altered, painted, damaged, or otherwise changed after delivery.
• Proof of purchase or an order number may be required.
• Customers should contact us before sending any product back.

Unless the return is due to an error by Down Range Industries LLC or a defective product, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Defective or Damaged Products

Because our products are manufactured using 3D-printing processes, minor layer lines, surface variations, or cosmetic differences may occur and are a normal part of the manufacturing process.

If your product arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Photos of the product and packaging may be requested so we can evaluate the issue.

For qualifying issues, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund, depending on the circumstances.

Refunds

Once an approved return is received and inspected, we will process the applicable refund to the original payment method.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return resulted from an error by Down Range Industries LLC.

Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to post an approved refund to your account.

Custom & Personalized Products

Products that are custom-made, personalized, specially ordered, or manufactured to a customer's requested specifications are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded, unless the product arrives damaged, defective, or does not match the approved order specifications.

Used or Damaged Items

We cannot accept returns or provide refunds for products that have been damaged through misuse, improper storage, modification, excessive heat exposure, accidents, or normal wear and tear.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled before production or fulfillment begins. Once a custom product has entered production or an order has shipped, cancellation may no longer be available.
