2. Product Information
We make reasonable efforts to accurately display and describe our products. However, actual products may vary slightly in appearance, dimensions, texture, or color from photographs or descriptions displayed on our website.
Because many of our products are manufactured using 3D-printing processes, minor layer lines, seams, surface variations, color variations, and other cosmetic characteristics may be present. These are normal characteristics of 3D-printed products and do not necessarily constitute defects.
Product colors may also appear differently depending on lighting, photography, display settings, and material availability.
Due to the nature of 3D printing and manufacturing tolerances, minor dimensional variations may occur between products.
3. Product Use
Customers are responsible for determining whether a product is appropriate for their intended application and for using products safely and responsibly.
Unless specifically stated otherwise, our ammunition cases, containers, holders, organizers, and related products are intended for storage and organizational purposes.
Customers are responsible for following all applicable manufacturer instructions, safety practices, and federal, state, and local laws relating to the possession, storage, transportation, and use of ammunition or other items stored in our products.
Products should not be exposed to temperatures, chemicals, impacts, loads, or environmental conditions beyond what would reasonably be expected for their intended use.
Down Range Industries LLC does not manufacture or sell ammunition through products identified as ammunition storage products unless specifically stated otherwise.
4. Orders
All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability.
Made-to-Order Products
Some products offered by Down Range Industries LLC are printed to order and may not be manufactured until an order is placed.
Because of this, certain orders may require additional production and processing time before they are ready to ship.
Production and fulfillment times may vary depending on factors including:
- Product type
- Order quantity
- Material selection
- Color selection
- Current order volume
- Equipment availability
- Material availability
- Customization requirements
- Other manufacturing or production factors
Any production, processing, fulfillment, or shipping timeframe provided by Down Range Industries LLC is an estimate and is not guaranteed unless expressly stated otherwise.
We make reasonable efforts to manufacture and fulfill orders as quickly as possible while maintaining our quality standards.
Large orders, wholesale orders, custom orders, and orders containing multiple printed products may require additional production time.
If an unexpected issue is expected to cause a significant delay in fulfilling an order, we will make reasonable efforts to contact the customer using the contact information provided with the order.
Order Acceptance and Cancellation
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order when reasonably necessary, including in cases involving:
- Incorrect pricing or product information
- Suspected fraud or unauthorized transactions
- Product or material availability issues
- Shipping restrictions
- Errors in an order
- Equipment or production issues that prevent fulfillment
- Orders we reasonably believe would violate applicable law
If payment has already been collected for an order that Down Range Industries LLC cancels, the applicable amount will be refunded.
5. Pricing and Payment
Prices are displayed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.
Applicable taxes, shipping charges, and other fees may be added during checkout.

Price changes will not normally affect orders that have already been accepted and paid for, except where necessary to correct an obvious pricing, listing, or technical error.

6. Shipping and Delivery
Shipping and delivery estimates are estimates only and are not guaranteed unless expressly stated otherwise.
The time required to manufacture or process an order is separate from the amount of time required for the shipping carrier to deliver the package.
Down Range Industries LLC is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, severe weather, natural disasters, incorrect customer information, transportation interruptions, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.
Additional shipping charges resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer may be the customer's responsibility.
Customers should contact us promptly if an order arrives damaged, contains an incorrect product, or appears to have been lost during shipping.
7. Returns and Refunds
Returns and refunds are governed by our Returns & Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms.
Eligible unused products may generally be returned within 30 days of delivery, subject to the requirements of our Returns & Refund Policy.
Products must generally be unused and in their original condition to qualify for a return.
Custom-made, personalized, specially ordered, or customer-specific products may be final sale unless they arrive damaged, defective, or do not match the approved order specifications.
Customers should contact Down Range Industries LLC before returning a product.
8. Custom Orders
Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving specifications, dimensions, wording, colors, designs, and other details associated with custom orders.
Once production of a custom product has begun, changes or cancellations may not be possible.
Additional charges may apply when a customer requests changes after approving a design or specification.
Because custom products are manufactured specifically for the customer, production times may be longer than standard products.
9. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, the Down Range Industries LLC name, logos, branding, original product photographs, website graphics, written content, and original designs created by Down Range Industries LLC are owned by or licensed to Down Range Industries LLC and may be protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Our content may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, sold, modified, or used commercially without permission, except as permitted by applicable law.
Third-party trademarks, product names, designs, or other intellectual property remain the property of their respective owners.
10. Third-Party Designs
Some products may be manufactured from designs or files created or licensed by third parties.
When applicable, Down Range Industries LLC will manufacture or sell such products according to the permissions, licenses, or commercial-use rights applicable to those designs.
Ownership of a third-party design remains with its respective creator or rights holder.
Purchasing a physical product manufactured from a third-party design does not transfer ownership of the underlying digital design unless specifically stated otherwise.

We do not guarantee that every product will be completely free from minor cosmetic characteristics associated with 3D-printing manufacturing.

13. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Down Range Industries LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the misuse, modification, improper storage, improper installation, or unauthorized use of our products.
Customers are responsible for using products according to their intended purpose and exercising appropriate care and judgment.
Down Range Industries LLC is not responsible for damage resulting from the customer's failure to use a product appropriately or follow applicable safety practices.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited or excluded.
14. Product Modifications
Modification, alteration, drilling, cutting, heating, painting, or other changes made to a product after delivery may affect its appearance, structural integrity, fit, function, or performance.
Products modified after delivery may become ineligible for return, replacement, or warranty consideration.
Down Range Industries LLC is not responsible for damage, failure, or injury resulting from unauthorized modification or misuse of a product to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
