DOWN RANGE INDUSTRIES LLC — SHIPPING POLICY

ORDER PROCESSING

Orders are processed and prepared for shipment as quickly as possible.

Many Down Range Industries LLC products are 3D printed and some products may be printed to order. Processing times may therefore vary depending on current order volume, product quantity, color selection, and product availability.

Processing time is separate from the shipping carrier's delivery time.

SHIPPING RATES

Available shipping methods and applicable shipping charges are calculated and displayed during checkout.

Customers are responsible for reviewing their shipping information and shipping charges before completing an order.

SHIPPING ADDRESSES

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

Down Range Industries LLC is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or additional shipping costs resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

If you discover an error in your shipping address, contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has shipped, we may not be able to change the delivery address.

DELIVERY TIMES

Estimated delivery dates provided during checkout or by the shipping carrier are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Carrier delays caused by weather, transportation interruptions, holidays, high shipping volume, or other circumstances outside the control of Down Range Industries LLC may affect delivery times.

TRACKING

When tracking information is available, it will be provided after the order has been shipped.

Please allow time for the carrier's tracking system to update after a shipping label has been created.

DAMAGED ORDERS

Please inspect your order when it arrives.

If an item arrives damaged, contact Down Range Industries LLC within 7 days of delivery. Photos of the product and shipping packaging may be requested so we can evaluate the issue.

LOST OR MISSING PACKAGES

If tracking indicates a package has been delivered but you cannot locate it, please check around the delivery location and with household members or neighbors before contacting us.

For packages that appear to be lost in transit, please contact us so we can review the tracking information and determine the appropriate next steps.
